We’d like to introduce you to the health care team at Pulmonary Associates in Southern Nevada. Every one of our skilled and dedicated nurse practitioners aims to deliver state-of-the-art comprehensive care that improves our patients’ quality of life.
Camille Agbuya is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who brings with her 8 years of experience in direct care in various facilities in the Las Vegas area.
She earned her master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama in 2021 and joined Pulmonary Associates, Inc. in 2022.
Steven Harker is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who brings a wealth of experience to our practice with more than 21 years as a registered nurse.
He earned his master’s degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner from South University in Savannah, Georgia in 2017 and has been with Pulmonary Associates, Inc. since November 2017. He currently sees patients at our Cathedral Rock Road and Seven Hills offices.
Anita Lakson is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner who brings with her 15 years of experience in direct care in various facilities in the Las Vegas area.
She earned her master’s degree in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Grand Canyon University in 2022 and joined Pulmonary Associates, Inc. in 2023.
Lindsay Lewis has been a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner since 2017. A registered nurse since 2012, she has extensive experience in direct patient care in both medical and surgical intensive care units.
She earned her master’s degree in adult-gerontology acute care nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, in 2017 and has been with Pulmonary Associates, Inc. since April 2018. She sees inpatients primarily at Centennial Hills Hospital.
Ria Loveranes is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who brings with her 7 years of experience in direct care in various facilities in the Las Vegas area.
She earned her master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from Sacred Heart University in 2022. She joined Pulmonary Associates, Inc. in 2022.
Deketra McDowell is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 19 years of experience working with patients in intensive care units, rehabilitation facilities, and private practice.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas in 1999, followed by her master of science in nursing in 2014. She joined Pulmonary Associates in 2014. She currently primarily sees patients at our Wellness Way office.
As a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, Vivencio Navarro has more than 10 years experience in direct patient care.
He earned his Certificate in Adult Nurse Practitioner from Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska in 2008 and has been with Pulmonary Associates, Inc. since 2010.
Lisa Newman is a board-certified Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who brings with her 15 years of experience in direct care in various facilities in the Las Vegas area.
She earned her master’s degree in Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Regis College in 2021. She joined Pulmonary Associates, Inc. in 2022.
Charisma Pagay is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and brings with her 12 years' experience as a critical care nurse at various facilities throughout the Las Vegas area.
She earned her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University, Illinois in 2020 and joined Pulmonary Associates, Inc. In 2021.
Juliea Smith is a board-certified Critical Care Nurse Practitioner who brings with her 8 years of experience in direct care in the Las Vegas area.
She earned her master’s degree in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Grand Canyon University in 2022. She joined Pulmonary Associates, Inc in 2023.
Francis Torres is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who brings with him 11 years of experience in direct patient care as an RN in various facilities in the Las Vegas area.
He earned his master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University, Illinois in 2020 and joined Pulmonary Associates, Inc. In 2021. He sees patients primarily at our 870 Seven Hills, Henderson location.
